Dear parents,
Unfortunately we have had a few instances of students' personal belongings going missing from their desks and cubbies. We have had a few conversations as a class about this, and while it stopped for a while, it has started again. I am asking you to please discuss this with your child at home. I asked students today, if they have taken anything belonging to someone else, or borrowed it without asking first, to please return the objects to me. They can place them on my desk anonymously and I will make sure they are returned to the student that they belong to. I have also suggested that students refrain from bringing personal items that they do not need for school. While they are certainly not to blame for their own items going missing, I think if there is something that they would be upset about losing it would be best to keep it at home. Thank you for your cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to send me an email at [email protected]
