We started this morning talking about how the last two days went while Mme had to be away.
In Social Studies we shared some of the questions that we created based on the texts we have read about The Fur Trade and La Nouvelle France. We talked about some of the way that these events influenced what Canada is today. Those of us going to Branton next year went on a tour of the school, and the rest of the class went to M. Marshall's room. They did a wormhole art project and had time to work on incomplete work. After lunch we had our reading period. In English we continued to work on our figurative language projects. We looked at examples of projects and talked with our groups, and then as a whole class, about what was done well and what could have been improved. Reminders: Tomorrow if photo day! Student's should wear a nice outfit and bring an object that is special to them to have in their photo.
