We started our day with English and worked on our Hatchet Scrapbook assignment in the lab.
After English we had some time to work on Social Studies. We continued taking notes for our first nations research project. In Science we took some time to check on the solutions and suspensions that we were attempting to separate by evaporation. We added our observations to our notes from the rest of the experiment. In Music we worked on our garage band projects. In Phys. Ed we learned 2 more moves to add to our dance routine. We will be sharing the dance that we've learned Friday March 15th between 8:30 and 9:00 if parents would like to come see what we have been working on. After lunch we had our independent reading period. In Math we learned about equivalent fractions. We learned that two fractions are equal if they are the same size, or if they are found at the same point on a number line. Reminders: Tomorrow is Twin Day!
